BREW RECOMMENDATIONS

Suggested start points - adjust to taste and water quality.

V60 / Kalita
15 g coffee to 250 g water at 94°C. Brew time: ~2:45. Medium-fine grind.

French Press
20 g coffee to 300 g water at 96°C. Steep for 4 minutes, then plunge gently.

Espresso
18 g in → 36 g out in 27–30 seconds. Medium grind.

FRESHNESS & ROASTING

Roasted fresh every Thursday in small batches and packed immediately to preserve aroma.

For the best flavour, let your coffee rest before brewing — 3–7 days for filter and 7–12 days for espresso.

Store in a cool, dry place and keep the bag sealed between brews.
